Served as Managing Director of the Irish subsidiary of German owned ebm-papst for ten years before buying out the facility and establishing Aubren. Over the years, he evolved the team, services and facility at Aubren to provide a turnkey design, engineering and fabrication solution for progressive innovators. Aubrey stays closely involved with client projects, applying his 30+ years commercial and engineering experience. Aubrey holds degrees in both Engineering and Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin.

After an early career in Corporate Finance, Paul moved into CEO and Director roles at Atlantic Homecare, Heiton Group and One51 before successfully leading the IPO of Applegreen plc.
Presently serving as Non-Executive Director at Mincon Group, Winthrop Engineering and Brooks Timber Group.

Ray has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical products primarily for healthcare, IT and HVAC sectors. He oversees all activities in Aubren ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers. Ray graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering.

A strong hand at the helm of our financial activities, Mary has built a solid financial engine for Aubren over the past decade. In her pursuit of excellence, Mary is a qualified CPA Accountant and has completed an Advanced Skills of Management course at IMI.

A positive, proactive and results driven manager with over 25 years’ international experience ranging from Global Production Compliance Manager to Business Excellence Manger to my current role as Manufacturing Manager with Aubren.

Qualified Mechanical Engineer with an Hons Degree, Bachelor of Technology and I completed my MBA with Henley Management College, London with Triple Accreditation.

Brian holds an honours degree in Electronic Engineering and has recently completed a diploma in Advanced Manufacturing. Since joining Aubren, Brian has contributed to the electrical design, control systems design and on-site commissioning for a range of projects for telecoms, data centre & medical applications.

Gavin is responsible for production planning at Aubren, including determining and planning the labour and machine resources necessary to deliver product in an agile and efficient manner. A champion of lean, Gavin contributes to the continuous deployment of lean practises to drive and ensure improvement in factory efficiencies in line with best practices.

Inga qualified with an Honours degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from DIT, Dublin. Inga has an energetic and enthusiastic approach and over 3 years experience working with concept design, component sourcing, design costing, manufacturing, prototyping, product testing, customer trials, scaled production and field support. Inga has worked on a range of projects with applications in the medical/healthcare cleanrooms and residential HVAC sector.

Louise is a qualified ACCA accountant with over 15 years experience in Finance and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Honours degree in Accounting from Athlone Institute of Technology. Since graduating from AIT, she has worked in a number of diverse accounting and finance roles, working upwards and moving into financial management.

Michelle has in-depth knowledge and exceptional experience in customer service acumen, imparting effective communication and assistance every step of the way to our valued customers. Michelle joined the company in 2019 and brings 18 years experience in retail management and customer service and is passionate about building and maintaining customer relationships.

Rory’s experience of new product introduction and market development is unrivalled; offering valuable insight and knowledge for our clients. Rory is also responsible for the commercial development of our Solorad range of fan convectors and sales of our ebm-papst products.

John graduated with an Honours degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. He also completed his doctoral research PhD from UCD and recently completed a post graduate diploma in Business and Management at QUB Belfast. He has a broad range of technical expertise including sheet metal, design for manufacture, computational fluid dynamics, fan selection, air flow / noise laboratory testing and controls systems for air handling equipment.

Steven has extensive knowledge of Quality and Lean Manufacturing, having over 15 years experience as both a Quality Engineer and Senior Validation Quality Engineer.
He manages all Quality and Lean projects at Aubren, as well as assisting in the day to day Quality requirements of the business.
Steven has a Lean Black Belt from University Limerick, graduated from DIT with a Degree in Electronics and Computer Systems, and completed a post graduate diploma in Data Analytics at UCD.
