Graduate Support with Enterprise Ireland

Project Description

Inga Kratauskaite, who has recently joined Aubren engineering department team, has been introduced into the company through a 24 month GradStart Programme which is being co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Enterprise Ireland under the Border, Midland and Western Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.

Project Aim

To recruit a graduate who will bring their talent and skills that are critical to future growth and development of the company.

Results

Since she has started working for Aubren, Inga Kratauskaite has been contributing to the improvements in productivity and changes in output to meet defined market requirements.
